PARS COMPLEX
PARS complex was designed on a land above 74000 square meters
area and in 29 floors. This building is located in one of the crowded streets
of Tehran.
The commercial part of the building is extended near the street and wide
glass surfaces create an inviting façade for the visitors to enter the
complex. The glass surfaces can be seen on the official part mass too. Using
two pyramid masses, as official building, which are connected to each other
on the top floors and combining them with curved forms and locating them on
the integrated surface of commercial building is one of the main ideas that
created this project.
