What Frantium presence in respect to shaping balance in architecture, is combing balance in forms with Iranian traditional architecture with considerable rhythm of special windows “se dari”, which shows off itself based on creating clarity and discipline in design.Frantium is a mixed-use development with Total floor area of 50,000 sq.m with 10 storeys above ground including offices and commercial areas and 7 storeys underground parking, being located across Hemat Highway, one of the major highways in Tehran. Locating beside this highway, as one of the main vehicular connection in Tehran, helps in attracting great attention to the Fratnium building by the people using this highway.Frantium, is a thoughtful imagination of tradition and modernism with a creative and abstractive approach.Frantium is a composition of form, abstract and concept, in order to create a decent balance among surfaces with respect to form and function.

The design of the building is on the basis of neoclassic architecture. The diversity in penthouses of higher floors is caused by the retreated mass. The vertical design of the openings which connects the horizontal sections of the floors increases the magnificence of the building in the eyes of the viewers combining the modern design and the technology. The design of the delicate tools of Travertine stones in lower floors is very eye-catching. Its turning point is the colossal arch of the entrance door which automatically leads the eyes of the viewers with a glance up through the lobby.

Bam Headquarters is another administrative building designed by Iranian well known architect, Farzad Daliri, and being built by Bam Group. Bam Headquarters is suppose to be the administrative center of Bam holding company which includes the following departments; Investment and evaluation ,Marketing and Sales, Planning and Executing, Quality and Excellence ,Finance, Warehouse and Asset, Human Resource , Contracts and Legal Affairs, Architecture , Civil and Construction.
